Buy on our shop page and be sure to enter your Google account at checkout. We will grant access for you to view our private Youtube videos when signed in to that account. This can take up to two working days. If you are buying as a gift please let us know their correct Google account. Please do not share the videos with multiple people.
If you aren’t satisfied with your video course, let us know within 14 days to receive a refund. Your access to view the video course will be stopped at this point.
The video course is designed to be accessed by one person only whilst logged into their google account. One household may all access the videos together and indeed it is recommended that an adult watch and help youngsters with the course if it is a children’s course you have purchased. Please do not download, copy and share the videos outside your household.
Simply give us the Google account of the person you wish to gift the course to, with their consent, and it will be that account which is granted access.
